läckas vid fönstren på en cab

Hejsan,

Jag har ställt frågan tidigare men jag fick inga svar då. Jag undrar om det finns någon som har några liknade problem som mig. När jag kör caben i regn så kommer det in vatten längst listen. Har ni byt ut listerna på er cab om de börjar bli slitna?

Justera åt dörren någon mm på övre gångjärnet

Har bytt listen runt framrutan och den främre över sidorutan. De hade torkat på min efter några år... Det plus en injustering av sidorutan så att den trycker lite hårdare inåt i överkant gjorde susen.

Tack för tipset. För att en injustering av rutan så måste jag ta bort insidan på dörren för att komma åt eller? Är det i själva bäranordningen(till rutan) som jag måste juster i då? Fast det ser man kanske tydligt när man väl har kommit in.

Hej,
Nej, du behöver inte ta bort dörrsidan. Du kan justera genom att vrida en skruv som sitter bakom reflexen på dörrsidan, och att vrida en skruv under dörren, innanför en gummiplugg. Här är en text på engelska som kanske förklarar mer:

You will need a #6 Inverted Torx Socket(I found that a 4mm 6-point socket also will work) , a 10 mm socket and a small flat blade screw driver.

With the window in the up position:

1. Remove the reflector on the rear of the door panel with the screw driver.
There is a clip at the bottom of the curved section to the reflector. Push the screw driver in to release the clip and pry the reflector out from the bottom.

2. remove the large rubber plug underneath the door at the front.

3. loosen the window regulator front mounting nut.

4. loosen the jack screw jam nut which is behind the reflector.

5. Adjust the tip in with the jack screw:
Turn the jackscrew clockwise to tip the window outward
Turn the jack screw counterclockwise to tip the window inward.
One turn equals .04 inches at the top of the window.

6. Tighten the jack screw jam nut.

7. Lower the window and tighten the window regulator front mounting nut.

8. Check the window tightness against the rubber seal at the top and
rear of the door. Continue to adjust the screw until the window is tight
against the rubber and you cannot pull a paper strip between the window and the rubber. You will also see the rubber compress more as you tip the window in.

9. Replace the plug and the reflector.

Minor adjustments in the window height (less than .12 inches)
can be made as follows:
Remove the small front access plug and the rear access plug from the underside of the door.
Adjust the front and the rear window regulator jack screws equally,
Close the door and check window alignment.
Open the door and re-install access plugs.
